Shipping Policy
At Auto T's, we want shipping to be as simple and fair as possible.
Every order is carefully packed right here in Taumarunui and sent using a tracked NZ courier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated based on the size of your order and whether your delivery address is Urban or Rural.
At checkout, please select the shipping option that best matches your delivery address.
Not sure which option to choose?
No problem! Every order is personally checked before it's dispatched. If your parcel requires a different shipping option, we'll contact you before sending it. Our goal is to make shipping as fair and straightforward as possible—without any surprises.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
If we're attending a market, event or away from the workshop, dispatch may take a little longer. If this happens, we'll let you know.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Urban addresses: 2–4 business days
Rural addresses: 3–5 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by the courier and may vary during busy periods or because of factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Multiple Items
Whenever possible, we'll pack multiple items together to keep shipping as efficient as possible.
